Attachment.2.
The analysis!
Based on my observation, the teacher used the Grammar Translation Methods (GTM). In learning teaching process of English, the teacher use the native language or she teaches English in the mother tongue though she also combines with the foreign language, English. Every meeting, the teacher always gives a little piece of paper. All students should mention the name and 5-10 of words that they have been memorized. After that, it’s submitted to the teacher and she will to call some of students randomly. The teacher focuses on the vocabularies that the students should memorize. After that, the students also translate the dialog into Indonesian. They may to open the dictionary and discus with their friend. They also answer the questions based on the dialog that they read. In the second meeting, the teacher gives the explanation about the cause and effect relationship. They give the formula of it. They explain it with the example of it. They also correct the answer of question. So, based on the explanation of the learning teaching process above, tt indicates that the teacher use the Grammar Translation Method.
